How long will it take?

We can exchange contracts in as little as 24 hrs and completion takes place typically 4-6 weeks.

What costs are involved?

None! We do not charge agency fees or commission and there are no survey costs. If you use one of our recommended solicitors then we also cover all your legal costs.

Do you buy properties in my area?

Yes we buy properties in any area in the UK. We also buy homes in any condition so there is no need to spend money on redecorating.

How long will it take to get the cash?

Your solicitor will deposit the cash into your account as soon as the deal is completed.

I have secured loans, how will they be dealt with?

All your secured loans will be paid by your solicitor on completion and the balance will be deposited into your account.

My Mortgage is in arrears, can you still help me?

Yes, provided you have enough equity in the property to cover the arrears.

I am getting divorced. How would you deal with this?

No problem. We are happy to meet separately with the parties until an agreement has been formulated and will assist in the division of the assets.

I am facing repossession. Can you stop it?

Yes we can. Usually we can stop repossession within 24hrs of your fast home sale.
